This is a beginner friendly cardio pilates full body workout, I have combined Pilates with HIIT & CARDIO no mat needed; as all exercises are done standing! I have used a Pilates ball for 1 of the exercises, however if you do not have a ball try a cushion or do the exercise without. Please do remember that if you are on a weight loss journey, you must combine this workout with a healthy diet and plenty of sleep! 🤍
