Join me for a dynamic and challenging full-body Pilates workout designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability! This class will guide you through a series of effective Pilates exercises, targeting all major muscle groups.

What to Expect:

Full Body Focus: We'll work your arms, legs, core, and glutes for a comprehensive workout.

Strength & Tone: This class is designed to help you build lean muscle and improve overall strength.
​
Flexibility & Stability: Enhance your flexibility and improve your core stability with controlled, precise movements.
​
Equipment Optional: While I recommend using 1kg dumbbells and ankle weights for maximum effect, this workout can be done effectively without any equipment.
​
Interval Training: Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest. No repeats, keeping the workout fresh and engaging!
​
Adaptable Intensity: This is a challenging workout, so feel free to take longer breaks as needed to maintain proper form and listen to your body.

How to Prepare:

Find a comfortable space with enough room to move freely.

Have a mat or soft surface available.
