Here is your new weekly schedule, with a new theme: BACK 2 BASICS!
Remain consistent, and feel stronger and better in yourself. This week's workouts are all 20-30 minutes long, as I know most of you in my recent poll had a preference for this workout length! 😁 I hope you love these workouts. Let me know how you get on, if you have any questions and what your challenges are. Remember I am here to support you every step of the way.
