I’m Natalia, a Level 3 Certified Pilates Teacher, proudly trained with Body Control Pilates, one of the most respected and medically approved schools in the UK and Europe. Body Control-trained teachers are held to an exceptionally high standard, completing rigorous training hours to qualify.

I’m passionate about supporting people on their Pilates journey, especially those who may struggle to find time for regular classes or feel that traditional studio sessions are too expensive. That’s why I offer flexible, accessible options— including quick, free online sessions— so everyone can experience the benefits of Pilates, no matter their schedule or budget.
Pilates has been a game-changer in my life. As someone who’s always led a highly active lifestyle— running long distances and weight training— I’ve experienced my fair share of setbacks, from lower back and knee pain to poor posture. Coupled with years of desk work that left me with neck tension and shoulder discomfort, I turned to Pilates to find relief and recovery. The results were life-changing. Not only have I significantly reduced injuries, but I now recover faster and feel stronger than ever.
This personal transformation inspired my passion for helping others. I understand the challenges of fitting self-care into a busy schedule, which is why I am dedicated to making Pilates accessible, whether you’re joining me for quick, affordable online sessions or in-person classes. My goal is to help you feel strong, balanced, and confident— whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner.
